The NSW Department of Education needed a series of video resources and live webinar events for their ‘Launch your Career’ Program.
However, they faced challenges capturing stories to highlight careers in different industries and managing the live webinar events.
We provided an end to end video production service and coordinated with TAFE NSW to capture different career and educational pathways across multiple industries. We managed the live webinar events, providing professional live streaming equipment to broadcast the events to high schools across NSW.

Fire and Rescue New South Wales needed a series of short educational videos to support their ‘Youth Fire Intervention’ Program.
However, they faced challenges in communicating fire safety concepts to effectively engage a teenage audience.
We managed all aspects of video production, from scripting,
storyboarding, location hire and talent management. We delivered a smooth 10-day shoot and provided multiple rounds of revisions to uphold the Program’s messaging and branding.
The received positive feedback from its teenage audience and included in an interactive online learning platform.
FRNSW received 12 x three-minute fire safety videos, along with high-resolution images to strengthen their Program resources.
The Australian Space Agency needed a compelling promotional video for the 76th International Astronautical Congress in Sydney. The challenge was to create a story that would inspire a global audience to attend while showcasing Sydney and sparking fascination with space exploration.
Greater Visuals collaborated with the communications team to craft a script centred on Australia’s first female astronaut. The narrative highlighted her journey and achievements, making the story authentic and aspirational. Filming was completed in one day across multiple Sydney locations: including the beach, observatory, and city centre. The edited videos went through a multi-stakeholder revision process to ensure alignment.
The final video successfully attracted attention across platforms, generating thousands of views on LinkedIn and Instagram and featuring prominently on the event’s website. It provided both inspiration and visibility for the Congress, effectively positioning Sydney as a hub for space exploration.
Youth Justice NSW, in collaboration with Fire and Rescue NSW, needed to transform lengthy text-based resources on youth justice conferencing into engaging educational videos. The challenge was to explain complex processes clearly for young audiences while ensuring accuracy, sensitivity, and compliance with multiple government policies.
Greater Visuals worked with Youth Justice NSW and Fire and Rescue NSW to refine scripts and ensure alignment with agency requirements. Professional actors were engaged to realistically portray conferencing scenarios. Filming took place over two days, capturing each stage of the conferencing process in a way that was both accessible and engaging for young people.
The 11 completed videos reached thousands of views on Youth Justice NSW’s YouTube channel. They are now used widely alongside online resources, helping participants and the community better understand conferencing processes and outcomes.
The Royal Agricultural Society of NSW needed engaging video content to promote its “Ag in a Box” program, designed to improve agricultural literacy among high school students. The challenge was to clearly showcase the curriculum-aligned kits and demonstrate their practical classroom use.
Greater Visuals developed multiple promotional videos featuring the Head of Education presenting the kits. A structured message framework, shot lists, and a two-camera setup ensured both clarity and engagement. Filming included presenter segments, detailed resource close-ups, and contextual b-roll.
